YEAR-END POTLUCK - We hope to see many of you and your spouses at our annual Year End Pot Luck Dinner!  Once again, we've chosen a wonderful local museum for our festivities at the Old Colony Historical Society in Taunton , Massachusetts .

Housed in the 1852 Bristol Academy building designed by Richard Upjohn, the Old Colony Historical Society contains extensive collections representing the history of the Taunton region.  Special collections include portraits, silver, military artifacts, fire fighting equipment, Rogers Groups, stoves, toys and dolls, furniture, and Native American artifacts.  Important items include early silver, portraits, a 1790's fire wagon, a 1630-50 fowling gun, a Revolutionary War drum, and the 1729 Crossman Chest.  An impressive early furniture exhibit will be on display in the room where we will be having our dinner.

To whet your appetites please visit www.oldcolonyhistoricalsociety.org

Please RSVP to Bob Anderson at (401) 782-1230 or shibob@peoplepc.com with the number attending and what dish you will bring-beverages will be provided.  We will have limited abilities to reheat food, so cold dishes and finger foods will be appreciated!  (No Sterno dishes, please.)  Please let Bob know ASAP.

Please see directions to the museum below.

Tables, if needed, will be extra and the fee will be $8 per table.  If enough dealers are interested, we will set up a multi-dealer tent.  Spaces in the tent will be 8' by 13' for $85, plus $8 for each table needed.

We need to know NOW if there is enough interest in this show for us to proceed.  Please call or e-mail Bob Anderson at 401-782-1230 or shibob@peoplepc.com.
