PROGRAM: Mat-Cutting and Prints - Most of us handle framed prints on a regular basis. Richard Greene will give a demonstration on proper mat-cutting and print care, showing you how to increase the value of a print and make it more saleable.

Our June awards meeting honored members who have been with SNEADA 25 years or more with a special Lifetime Award given to Robert Mower. It was a great evening in Freetown; we all enjoyed Bob’s and Louis St. Albin’s humorous stories of early SNEADA days. Thank you Bob and Louis!

A “Thank You” is also in order for Sharon Garceau who designed and made the awards and to Bob Anderson for coordinating the evening’s events. This event will be shown in one of the upcoming ‘Bee’ and Maine Antique Digest publications.

Boston Home & Gardens - The Fall issue of this magazine will feature an interview with Ken MacDonald on antique chairs--with a plug for SNEADA. They discovered our website while searching the internet and called to see if we would participate.

Last, but not least. . . Please get your annual dues in by September 30 so that we may have time to publish the member brochures for distribution at the CCRI Holiday Show; otherwise, you may not be included in the brochure. A separate notice is being mailed to you this month.
