Please attend on Thursday, February 26 at 7 p.m. The Village Antiques shop is located at 143 Danielson Pike in Scituate Village on the corner of Danielson Pike and Route 116. Holiday Party - On January 9th, about 35 members and their spouses braved record cold temperatures to attend our annual Holiday Party hosted by Marry Gormally with help from Karen McCaughey, at Marry's shop Mentor Antiques in North Kingstown. The combination of good conversation and terrific food offered up in the warm and beautiful atmosphere of Marry's shop proved a great reward for the hardy souls. The "Yankee Swap," in which participants opened and traded anonymous and unusual gifts provided for lots of laughs, and the appearance of some pirate ladies "spiced things up!" We would not be surprised to see the Giant Chocolate Santa make another visit next year. Desserts were then provided, on platters that were shaped like the letters "SNEADA." Thanks, Marry and Karen, for the terrific night!
