PROGRAM - Diane Dolphin will offer a hands-on, step-by-step demonstration of buying and selling on Ebay, from taking photographs to listing an item to keeping track of buyers and payments. She and other ebay sellers will also talk about on-line security issues and marketing tips for getting the "competitive edge."

MEETING AGENDA ITEM: DISCUSSION OF PROPOSED By-LAWS AMENDMENT - Attached is a proposed by-laws amendment submitted by Bob Anderson at the March general meeting. The proposal is to omit the by-law pertaining to selection of a Dealer of the Year. At the March meeting, Bob and other nominating committee members expressed that the process of singling out one individual each year to receive this award is extremely difficult, and that perhaps other ways of recognizing the efforts of many would be more appropriate.

In keeping with our by-laws on considering amendments, we will have a discussion of this amendment at our April meeting, and then we will vote on the amendment at our May meeting. We look forward to hearing from you on this issue!

SPRING PCD SHOW - The show went rather well with very few problems, and we expect to be reporting a modest profit for the organization. We would appreciate hearing any comments, suggestions or criticisms from the membership with regard to the show. We have already heard some ideas, but we are sure that there are lots more we haven't heard.
