This a Reliance Postal Scale patented on February 23, 1904. It was manufactured by the Triner Scale Co. of Chcago, Ill. The base measures 7" x 7" and  also measures 7" from bottom to top of scale. It has two matching ink wells, pen holders and two drawers for stamps, etc. It is in good condition for its' age. A little rust along back edge of base aand some flaking of the nickle plating on the ink well caps. I should be so lucky and I'm not even 70 yet.
